Call for innovative exhibitioners at WCEF2025
The expo area at the World Circular Economy Forum 2025 will bring into the spotlight circular economy solutions from around the world. Would you like to present your solution to the global audience of the tropical forum?
The WCEF2025 hosts welcomes companies and organisations large and small to apply to host a stand at the WCEF2025 Expo Area in the Ibirapuera park in São Paulo. You can explore the variety of expo hosts presented at WCEF2024 for inspiration. Read more to find out how to apply!
Application criteria
What matters the most in the selection process are scalable circular economy solutions – the ones that can inspire the world towards regenerative business models, the green energy transition, a smart use of resources and tackle climate change challenges. We value different perspectives on the circular economy and solutions that unlock the barriers across the leverage points: innovations, policies, finance, business and skills.
The applicant must commit to be actively present at the WCEF2025 Expo Area during the entire duration of the forum at the OCA in Ibirapuera park on 13-14 May 2025 in São Paulo, Brazil.
No trading, commerce or sales activities are allowed at the expo area. Further terms and conditions for hosting are available here.
Stand characteristics and cost
The expo area will consist of a selection of around 30 stands. The basic set-up for each stand will include the use of:
- a wall for signage and logo (brandable, no design work included)
- a bistro table with black iron legs and a square wooden top
- a carpet
- electricity for 3 devices.
The size of an expo area stand is 4m2 and the price with a basic set-up R$ 22,690.00. At an additional cost, the stand host can add:
- a 46” screen (R$ 1,533.69)
- a laptop (R$ 565.05)
- a tablet (R$ 403.60)
- a lockable storage locker (R$ 242.16)
- a bar stool (R$ 128.99)
- graphic design for sign and logo (R$ 3,000.00)
All taxes are included in the prices.
The expo area stand hosts will cover their own travel and other expenses.
Please note that WCEF2025 is organised according to circular economy principles, so please do not bring future waste to the stands.
Application schedule
Apply by sending your application form to economiacircular@fiesp.com.br with the subject “WCEF2025 Expo – name of your organisation” by 15 February 2025. The selection will be carried out in February and all applicants will be informed via email. The co-hosts FIESP and Sitra hold the conclusive right to decide the WCEF2025 Expo Area stand hosts.
