WCEF Studios give an easy access to participants who are not able to join the forum in person or who find the full 2+2 days’ programme a bit heavy. In addition, they also offer a chance to discuss locally relevant circular economy topics.
Studios can be held around the world during the main event or in the days following it, from 13 to 30 May.
Tuesday 13 May
The circular economy in the forest sector offers several significant advantages in promoting economic growth and sustainability. This event aims to bring together industry leaders, researchers, policymakers and stakeholders to discuss and explore innovative approaches to sustainable forest management and circular bioeconomy.
Our studio will be held in Spanish and broadcast the session Forest-based solutions advance circularity and sustainability in value chain of the main WCEF2025 programme as well as provide for exchange and networking within the sector. The event is part of a series of encounters on the circular economy with stakeholders in Argentina organised by the embassy in 2024-2025.

Wednesday 14 May
Closing the Circle, a Lisbon-based initiative, will host this studio in English and broadcast two sessions from WCEF2025 in São Paulo—Tropical solutions for accelerating circularityand CGR 2025: We can’t recycle our way out of this—followed by in-person discussions and networking. Co-hosted by Lou Tamaehu-Plovier (founder) and Aleksandra Lekszycka (moderator), the event will gather local changemakers to explore practical solutions and bold ideas for a circular future.

Thursday 15 May
This studio in Windhoek, Namibia will broadcast the sessions Developing essential skills for circularity and Accelerating the just energy transition with a responsible critical minerals lifecycle of the main WCEF2025 programme. In addition, the programme will include a panel discussion with local stakeholders from the public and private sectors and networking with relevant actors.
The event will be held in English and take place from 9:00 until 16:00 local time at The Village Opera House (18 Liliencron Street, The Village).

Monday 19 May
As the World Circular Economy Forum (WCEF) 2025 unfolds in São Paulo, Brazil, it highlights tropical solutions for sustainable growth, regenerative economies and bioeconomy strategies. This studio will be held in English at ARKI 135, the new circular hub in Helsinki. The event brings together entrepreneurs, innovators and circular economy enthusiasts to explore how these global themes connect with Finnish innovation and circular solutions. The focus will be on how nature and technology are shaping circular innovations, especially in the consumer product sectors, such as food and textiles.
This studio will broadcast the session Designing nature-based solutions for a circular economy of the main WCEF2025 programme and include a panel discussion as a unique opportunity to explore key insights from the forum. The discussion will be followed by a relaxed networking event in a Brazilian-inspired atmosphere.
