Data protection, terms of use and file descriptions of registers containing personal data 

The terms of use specified on this page apply to the wcef2025.com website and any material presented on it. This page is maintained by the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra (hereinafter “Sitra”) and the Federation of the Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP) for the purpose of organising the World Circular Economy Forum 2025 event (hereinafter WCEF2025). WCEF2025 is organised and funded in collaboration with international organisations (listed below). 

Sitra processes personal data found on and collected from this page as a controller of data and FIESP as its processor, in accordance with Sitra’s privacy policy for the World Circular Economy Forum, (linked below).

Purpose of the website 

The objective of this website is to disseminate information, views and outcomes of the WCEF2025. The website contains news, articles, blogs, publications, descriptions of the programme and other similar content. 

Rights pertaining to content and material found on the website 

The wcef2025.com website contains content and materials produced by Sitra, FIESP and other co-hosts and partners of the event. The copyrights and intellectual property rights to the content and materials found on this website belong to their respective producers.  

Users may share the content and materials found on this website by sharing a link (in a manner that leads back to the wcef2025.com website). All other use of the content and materials found on this website require a prior written consent from the respective producer.  

All such use of this website’s content or any part of it in a manner that diminishes its value or purpose is prohibited. 

Sitra reserves all rights to use the registered trademarks “WCEF”, “the World Circular Economy Forum” and other equivalent intellectual property. Use of these rights shall always require the advance written consent of Sitra.

What information do we collect about the users of the website and why? 

Sitra collects information about the users of www.wcef2025.com through Matomo services and cookies.
