Cities tackle single-use and promote reusable packaging

This session will explore how cities can contribute to the shift to reusable packaging systems as a solution to the growing solid waste crisis. Drawing on insights from the Circular City Labs project as well as international and Latin American cities and businesses, it will critically examine the most effective regulatory and support measures and how cities can strategically leverage their policy tools to drive the transition. Attendees will gain practical strategies and proven approaches to accelerate the adoption of reuse systems in their communities.
