Measuring progress and promoting circularity through public policies
Latin American and the Caribbean need a harmonised framework to monitor progress towards a circular economy and for more circular solid waste management. This session will address data and capacity gaps, support tools, international experience, proven solutions and methods of measurement as well as propose a regional harmonised framework for the region. Additionally, it aims to strengthen a community of practice on circular economy indicators, allowing continued collaboration. Through dialogue, expert presentations and panel discussion, the session will strengthen awareness and collaborative action, allowing the design of circular public policies.
The session will be held in Spanish and translated into English.
